The MasterGaiters Endurance Team was formed in December of 2005. Back then, we
were a handful of PNER members who rode gaited horses in competition. Today we
are 50+ members strong with two PNER teams: The MasterGaiters and the
Insta-Gaiters. For the ride season of 2008 we will have enough members to start a third
team. Our goal is to promote our gaited horses in the sport of endurance riding, which
has traditionally been dominated by Arabians. Through exposure and example we have
begun to show the equine world the versatility of our beloved gaited breeds.
